




Job Summary: Maintenance Coordinator to ensure effective service delivery, customer satisfaction, and compliance with administrative and safety processes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Limtek Servicios Integrales S.A., a company belonging to the Tawa Group and a leader in Environmental Sanitation and Maintenance, requires one (1) Maintenance Coordinator to provide services for one of our clients in CUSCO. REQUIREMENTS: Technical diploma and/or Bachelor’s degree in Administration or Industrial Engineering. Availability to work Monday through Friday (8 a.m. to 6 p.m.). Resident of Cusco. Prior experience as a Maintenance Coordinator (preferred). GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure effective execution of services performed by operational staff under supervision, guaranteeing customer satisfaction and compliance with the company’s administrative, commercial, health, and occupational safety processes. Comply with the company’s Safety Policy, Safety Regulations, Standards, and Procedures. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: Coordinate activities with the client. Manage office maintenance and replacement of required devices or items with suppliers. Identify quality-related risks within one’s process and implement applicable control measures under one’s responsibility. Promptly report customer complaints, non-conforming outputs from internal processes, and non-conforming outputs from suppliers to the Customer Service Advisor and Logistics Department respectively, and participate in corrective actions as appropriate. Timely participation in root cause analysis of identified non-conformities, implementation of corrections and/or corrective actions, and submission of evidence of such actions to SSOMAC. Conduct scheduled general inspections of services and promptly report observed occupational health and safety (OHS) issues. Investigate and timely and properly report accidents, near-misses, occupational illnesses, and implement corresponding action plans. Participate in emergency drills and Brigade training. Keep IPERCs (Initial Risk Assessment and Control) updated and implement necessary control measures. Properly implement corrective actions under one’s responsibility. Raise awareness among staff regarding the importance of good occupational health and safety (OHS) practices. Petty cash reporting. Pick-up and delivery of parcels. Verify that offices are operational for staff entry into scheduled meetings. Review technical staff work plans. · BENEFITS: Monthly salary: S/1600 + enrollment in payroll from the first day of employment, including all statutory benefits.
