Currently, we are seeking a **Distribution Supervisor** for our site in **Pucyura – Anta – Cusco**. **WHAT WILL BE YOUR ROLE?** * Plan routes and schedule distribution (owned and third-party fleets). * Supervise the owned fleet: drivers and loaders, fuel control, GPS monitoring, and documentation. * Manage third-party fleets: performance evaluation, document control, and tariff optimization. * Monitor and control management indicators (KPIs). * Handle operational incidents and contingencies, ensuring timely solutions. * Control and validate order documentation and delivery. * Supervise attendance, performance, and discipline of assigned personnel. * Coordinate with internal departments and control logistics costs. **WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR IN YOU?** * Bachelor’s degree or graduate in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in similar positions. * Experience leading work teams. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency (mandatory and verifiable). * Familiarity with TMS (Transportation Management System) is desirable. **COMPETENCIES** * Leadership and team management * Organization and planning * Analytical ability * Problem-solving * Effective communication * Results orientation **JOB CONDITIONS** * Work location: Anta – Cusco (Pucyura) * Work modality: On-site **WHAT DO WE OFFER YOU?** * Formal employment under Peru’s Small Business payroll regime from day one * Job stability * Positive organizational climate * Professional development opportunities Job Type: Full-time Pay: S/.2,500.00 – S/.3,000.00 per month Application Question(s): * Do you have experience (3+ years) in distribution, transportation, or logistics supervision? * Have you supervised operational staff (drivers, loaders, operators)?
