Job Summary: We are seeking a Mixer Operator to transport concrete, maintain its properties, and perform equipment maintenance, supporting integrated management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Transporting and preserving the properties of concrete 2. Inspecting and preparing equipment for work 3. Cleaning, maintaining, and recording equipment logs Concretos Supermix S.A. is a key company within the construction and mining materials division, and the industry leader in ready-mix concrete in southern Peru. As part of our growth plan, we are currently seeking top talent to fill the position of Mixer Operator at the Cusco Plant. · Requirements: Completed secondary education Knowledge of mechanics and automotive systems Experience operating Fuller transmissions Two years of experience in similar roles Valid driver's license AIIIC Residence in the city of Cusco (Mandatory) · Responsibilities: Transport concrete according to dispatch scheduling and plant instructions Preserve concrete properties per quality control department guidelines, which constitute company policy Perform pre-use equipment inspection (checklist) Prepare equipment prior to commencing work Receive instructions and coordinate with Plant Operator and Plant Manager Field retarding of concrete using admixtures, and field testing per Quality Plan and Plant Manager instructions Perform equipment cleaning and maintenance Obtain signatures on delivery guides to confirm product discharge Complete forms for tracking hours, volume, trips, fuel consumption, drum revolutions, test records, loading times, and transit times Carry out activities defined within the company’s integrated management system Support other activities and/or tasks assigned by Business Management · Benefits: Direct enrollment in Concretos Supermix S.A.’s payroll from day one Partial EPS health insurance coverage Training opportunities Other benefits as part of the Concretos Supermix family · Concretos Supermix S.A. is an inclusive company that respects diversity and does not engage in any form of discrimination.
