Job Summary: We are seeking a Surveyor to ensure topographic control of real estate projects across various stages, guaranteeing accuracy in layout surveys, elevation measurements, and field verification. Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform topographic layout surveys in accordance with approved drawings. 2. Control excavation, foundation, and structural elevations. 3. We are currently seeking a: SURVEYOR - CUSCO Ensure proper topographic control of real estate projects during demolition, excavation, structural, and finishing stages, ensuring accuracy of layout surveys, elevations, alignments, quantity take-offs, and field verification, in compliance with approved drawings, technical specifications, and the construction schedule. Responsibilities: • Perform topographic layout surveys in accordance with the project's approved drawings. • Verify elevations, centerlines, alignments, and construction tolerances before and during construction execution. • Control excavation, foundation, and structural elevations, as well as conduct progress topographic surveys. • Identify and report geometric deviations, field incompatibilities, and interferences. • Maintain continuous coordination with site supervisors, technical office, quality department, and other involved departments. • Prepare survey reports, protocols, and records, ensuring traceability of information. • Keep surveying equipment operational and calibrated, and maintain control of benchmarks and leveling benchmarks. • Participate in the release of critical work packages and provide technical support for field observations. • Perform other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor. Requirements: • Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate projects and multi-family buildings. • Certified or graduated Technician in Surveying. • Additional studies preferred in: Geodesy, Drone-based surveys, BIM / Civil 3D modeling, Geometric control of buildings. • Software proficiency: AutoCAD, Civil 3D • Intermediate-level Excel proficiency • Experience preferred in: Excavations, Earthworks, Foundations, Reinforced concrete structures, Urban infrastructure development, and Multi-family buildings . -Requirements- Minimum education: Technician 1 year of experience Skills: AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel
