Currently, we are looking for the best talent to fill the position of Community Relations Specialist **Job Description** * Responsible for identifying potential social conflicts in AID and AII areas, keeping the company informed. * Propose strategies and action plans for managing and/or resolving social conflicts, with the ability to handle contingencies, uncertainty, and local crises. * Permanently coordinate Community Relations activities with the Community Relations leader. * Propose the adoption of measures and activities that promote good relationships with Communities. * Monitor locally hired personnel and verify their working conditions, salaries, accommodation, and various facilities. * Conduct training and inductions on community relations and social responsibility topics for workers and new staff joining the Service. * Channel complaints and claims received from Authorities and Representatives of Communities and Population Centers within the Service's area of influence. * Interact with communities in the Service's area of influence to identify social risk situations, provide alerts, and establish corrective actions. **Requirements** * **Education** * Technical and/or university studies in fields related to social aspects. * Diploma in Community Relations and conflict management (preferable) * **Knowledge** * Experience managing community relations and social conflicts. (Desirable) * Knowledge of current legal community regulations. * Proficiency in Quechua dialect (preferable) * Proficient user level in Office software * **Experience** * 01 \- 03 years of experience in activities related to Social Responsibility, Community Relations, and/or Conflict Management and Negotiations (preferably in mining, electricity, or hydrocarbons sectors). **Additional Information** * Payroll inclusion from your first day of work (bonuses, CTS, profits, vacations) * Biweekly payments. * EPS health insurance covered at 80% * Atypical work schedule (21x7\) * 100% coverage of food and accommodation.
