Develop and implement Social Welfare Plans **Company Description** We are ETSA Technical Studies, a company specializing in the Oil \& Gas sector. We are currently seeking top talent to fill the position of **Social Worker.** **Job Description** * Report monthly tracking of Medical Leaves, Family Allowance, and other leaves * Administer private insurance (SCTR, Group Medical Assistance, Personal Accident, Life Insurance under Law) and Essalud * Coordinate with AON broker for psychosocial/ergonomic workshops * Track and record Rímac insurance invoices for corresponding payment * Register, monitor, and manage subsidy, lactation, and leave procedures per current labor law * Recover maternity or temporary disability subsidies * Provide assistance and follow-up for worker illness cases, incidents, and workplace accidents * Organize corporate and staff integration events * Develop and implement the Annual Social Welfare Plan * Develop and implement the action plan for pregnant and lactating workers * Conduct onboarding for new staff regarding the Company’s Wellness Program * Conduct home visits for workers in specific cases * Organize celebratory activities (Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, etc.) **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Social Work with valid professional license * Diploma and/or specialization in Human Resources (Mandatory) * Law No. 26790, Law on Modernization of Health Social Security (Desirable) * Private insurance (EPS, AMC, LIFE LAW, PERSONAL ACCIDENTS) (Desirable) * Legal regulations governing human resources administration (Desirable) * Minimum 3 years of experience as a Social Worker or in Social Welfare **Additional Information** * Formal payroll enrollment from the first day of work (profit-sharing, CTS, bonuses) * 80% EPS health insurance coverage * Life Insurance under Law
