Job Summary: This role ensures proper maintenance and functionality of coffee machines at the workshop and at the end customer, providing technical solutions and training. Key Highlights: 1. Comply with service route and visit documentation Job Objective: Ensure proper maintenance throughout the service life of all coffee machines, both at the workshop and at the end customer. Main Responsibilities: Complete the procedure for opening and closing Work Orders (WO) in the real-time machine system. Follow the established service route, ensuring correct documentation of each visit. Comply with company-defined safety, occupational health and food safety policies, ensuring a safe and healthy working environment for all personnel. Execute vehicle fleet usage and care guidelines according to procedure MT-P-02. Perform other functions related to the area as directed by immediate supervisor. Inspect equipment condition at customer sites, ensuring proper brand image and appropriate uniform usage. Provide technical solutions to customers, including equipment repair, installation, maintenance and training. Follow established guidelines for handling Credit Cards, as per information bulletin (FC-I-09). Requirements: Technical degree in Electricity, Electromechanics, Refrigeration and/or related fields. Experience in repair, installation and configuration of equipment in electronics, electromechanics and refrigeration areas. Availability to travel within and outside Cusco. Personal vehicle and valid driver's license (Desirable).
