Job Summary: We are seeking a Structural Specialist for a building construction tender project, with experience in construction works and structural design. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity to apply experience in building construction projects We are currently seeking a **Structural Specialist** to participate in a major **building construction tender project**. **Requirements:** * Professional degree in **Civil Engineering**. * Registered and licensed with the professional association. * Minimum **8 years of professional experience**, calculated from the date of registration with the professional association. **Required Experience:** * Experience in **general building construction projects**. * Minimum **36 months of experience** since registration with the professional association, performing duties such as: * Structural Specialist. * Site Resident Engineer. * Construction Supervisor. * Supervision Team Leader. * Construction Inspector. * Participation in **at least three (03) general building construction projects**. * **Mandatory:** Participation in **at least one (01) building construction project with an execution value equal to or exceeding S/ 10,000,000.00 (Ten Million Peruvian Soles).** **Training:** * Training and/or specialization in: * Structural design. * Seismic-resistant design. * Structural design software or similar computational tools. * Minimum duration of **24 hours**. **Work Modality:** * Participation in a tender project. **Application:** If you meet the profile, please send us your **documented CV**, specifying: * Date of registration with the professional association. * Position held on each project. * Value of executed projects. * Valid professional license certificate. **Only professionals with verifiable experience in building construction—and who have participated in at least one building construction project valued at no less than S/ 10 million—will be evaluated.** Salary: S/.1.00 - S/.2.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
