Execute recruitment and selection processes across various departments At Illari Souvenirs, we seek a Recruitment and Selection Analyst to lead operational and administrative talent acquisition processes, ensuring timely position coverage through innovative, results-oriented recruitment strategies. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree or graduate in Psychology. * Must reside in Cusco (mandatory). * Minimum 2 years of experience in mass recruitment of operational and commercial profiles. * Proficiency in recruitment and selection metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, early turnover, etc.). * Advanced Excel skills and database management. * Experience conducting fieldwork for candidate sourcing. * Knowledge and application of Recruitment 2\.0, 3\.0, and 4\.0 strategies. * Proficiency in job boards, social media, headhunting, and digital talent attraction tools. * Intermediate English. * Strong organizational, communication, and results-oriented capabilities. **Main Responsibilities:** * Execute recruitment and selection processes for operational, commercial, and administrative positions. * Manage diverse recruitment sources to ensure coverage targets are met. * Conduct competency-based interviews and psychometric assessments. * Prepare management reports and key performance indicators for the department. * Participate in job fairs, institutional partnerships, and field recruitment activities. * Maintain an up-to-date candidate database and build a talent pipeline. * Propose continuous improvements to talent acquisition and selection processes. **Competencies:** * Proactivity. * Organization and planning. * Effective communication. * Adaptability. * Goal orientation and objective achievement. **Work Modality:** On-site – Cusco.
