Functions: * Assess the condition and defects of equipment, submitting timely reports to maintenance supervisors for correction of detected issues. * Execute predictive maintenance plans, NDT inspections, and tests according to procedures to ensure proper equipment operation. * Generate technical reports and analyses based on inspection results, equipment data, and plant shutdowns, complying with regulatory acceptance criteria and recommended practices. * Report equipment status promptly, applying predictive maintenance and diagnostic techniques to enable timely intervention. * Schedule, organize, and implement predictive maintenance programs and inspections to maintain plant reliability and availability. Record operational data using information collection equipment for analysis and operational recordkeeping. * Support maintenance activities related to balancing, alignment, and testing of rotating equipment, as well as metrology for fits and tolerances. Similarly, support new installation and modification projects by applying reliability techniques and tools.
