Promotion of quality from early stages IDM Technology, specialists in IT solutions for various industries, is looking for a Senior Payments QA \[Banking] to join a major operation within one of the country's most important companies. Responsibilities: \- Implement quality assurance strategies aligned with business objectives and the Payments area roadmap. \- Design scalable, modular, and maintainable automation architectures for payment flows, reconciliations, and high-criticality transactions. \- Execute tests in environments supporting payment methods: cards (debit/credit), digital wallets, bank transfers, SPEI/TEF, POS, QR, etc. \- Apply Shift-Left practices and a Quality Advocacy approach, promoting quality from early stages of the lifecycle. \- Manage, analyze, and report quality metrics (coverage, defects, execution efficiency, stability). \- Coordinate with DevOps teams for continuous integration of automated test pipelines. \- Ensure correct functional, technical, and performance validation of payment, collection, transfer, and related processes. Requirements: \- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Systems Engineering or related fields. \- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Automation QA. \- At least 3 years of experience in the banking sector, validating payment, collection, or transactional products. \- Expertise in testing environments supporting payment methods: cards (debit/credit), digital wallets, bank transfers, SPEI/TEF, POS, QR, etc. \- Solid experience working with core banking systems, digital channels (mobile apps, internet banking, ATM agents, etc.) or assisted channels. \- Advanced automation expertise applied to APIs, Web, and Services. \- Proficiency in automation frameworks (BDD, Page Object Model). \- Experience in performance testing (JMeter, Artillery). \- Familiarity with cloud testing tools (AWS or Azure). \- Knowledge of application security (OWASP). \- Strong technical leadership capability. \- Ability to manage stakeholders. \- ISTQB Foundation Level certification or equivalent (preferred).
