Position Summary: We are seeking an Occupational Physician to lead occupational health management, including development of plans, training, and case follow-up, ensuring regulatory compliance. Coordinates and supervises occupational medical examinations. SAFETY \& HEALTH S.A.C. A company specialized in Occupational Health is seeking **01 Occupational Physician**, graduated in Peru, to work Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, residing in the city of Cuzco. **PROFILE:** * **Physician with a master’s degree or diploma in Occupational Health.** * **More than 5 years of experience in Occupational Health in the public or private sector.** * **Part-time work (18 hours per week).** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Develop the annual occupational health plan and program based on occupational medical statistics and ensure its implementation and maintenance. * Prepare and submit the Annual Technical Report on Safety and Health at Work to the competent authority. * Schedule and conduct a minimum of 02 in-person occupational health training sessions for workers, as well as for emergency response teams, at each of the following locations: Cusco, Quillabamba, Sicuani, Anta, Urcos, Urubamba, Yauri, Chumbivilcas, Abancay, Andahuaylas, and Puerto Maldonado. Each training session must last a minimum of 04 hours per location. Workers from outsourcing companies and contractors will also participate in these trainings. * It is clarified that all transportation, travel, per diem, and other incidental expenses related to the trainings shall be fully covered by the contractor. * Review and/or develop protocols for occupational medical examinations (pre-employment, periodic, and exit) according to occupational risks identified for each task. * Coordinate with occupational medical examination providers to schedule and conduct occupational examinations, and verify equipment required for conducting such examinations. * Monitor cases of occupational diseases and work-related accidents. * Administer and safeguard clinical records in accordance with Law No. 26842, General Health Law; Regulation on Clinical Record Management; and NT No. 022\-MINSA. * Coordinate with occupational medical examination providers to schedule, read, interpret, and deliver examination results to workers. * Provide occupational health training and advisory services to various departments of the company. * Schedule and supervise the documentation of observations identified during annual occupational evaluations of workers. * Participate in meetings of the Safety and Health at Work Committee when required. * Advise and train emergency response teams on occupational health topics and participate in emergency drills. * Prepare monthly informational bulletins for dissemination and promotion of healthy lifestyles. * Provide assistance to workers in cases of emergencies or urgent conditions, or where occupational or work-related illness is suspected, while they are on company premises; as well as conduct follow-up and visits to patients identified during occupational medical examinations. If required, transportation will be provided via company vehicle; and visits will be conducted within the Occupational Physician’s scheduled in-person working hours. * Issue and submit, either physically or via e\-mail, monthly reports detailing work performed during the preceding month, including all deliverables; such reports will serve as supporting documentation for payment. * Maintain up-to-date occupational health records as required by Ministerial Resolution No. 050\-2013\-TR or other applicable current regulations. * Identify occupational and environmental risk factors that may affect workers’ health. * Detect impairments in accordance with occupational diseases related to work and current regulations. * Design, manage, and implement intervention programs aligned with occupational risks. * Provide occupational health advisory services to outsourcing and contracting companies, as requested. * Other duties required by current occupational health and hygiene regulations.
