Job Summary: We are seeking a Store Supervisor to lead protocol compliance, evaluate advisor performance, and ensure achievement of sales targets as well as proper merchandise and advertising management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead in-store sales teams 2. Ensure achievement of targets and compliance with protocols 3. Manage in-store inventory and advertising We are leaders in the telecommunications industry, with over 15 years in the market, and an authorized distributor of CLARO. We are looking for a STORE SUPERVISOR FOR CUSCO. · STORE SUPERVISOR / CUSCO RESPONSIBILITIES Supervise compliance with customer service protocols. Evaluate each advisor's performance, working hours, and breaks. Monitor sales to ensure achievement of established targets. Analyze in-store merchandise inventory and coordinate merchandise distribution with the warehouse team. Supervise store compliance with all municipal inspection requirements. Supervise implementation of advertising and store decoration according to each store's needs. Conduct visits to assigned stores.
