




Job Summary: Respond to, analyze, and resolve incidents on Bitel's network, perform preventive maintenance, and manage emergencies. Emergency management to prevent service interruptions A telecommunications company is seeking the best candidate for the position of MAINTENANCE AND EMERGENCY TECHNICIAN. RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Respond to, analyze, and resolve incidents occurring on Bitel's network (3G & 4G base stations, schools, corporate clients) within established timeframes, in accordance with current regulations and instructions from the Technical Center of the headquarters office. 2. Perform preventive maintenance work on Bitel's network and/or infrastructure according to standards set by the Technical Center departments (Transmission, M&E, TEC, NOC, and Radio). 3. Execute scheduled emergency plans to prevent service interruptions on Bitel's network. 4. Coordinate with telecommunications service providers for service testing and incident resolution. 5. Respond to all calls from the Technical Center at any time of day and on any day of the week to resolve emergencies, incidents, or technical issues that may affect Bitel's network service. 6. Review daily and use software to manage assigned daily tasks (VSMART). 7. Fully execute, within specified timeframes, tasks assigned via WORK ORDERS (work orders generated in the VSMART software).
