Job Summary: We are seeking a charismatic and articulate Hostess to serve as the face of our institution, responsible for welcoming students and closing enrollments with energy. Key Highlights: 1. We are a leading company in the artistic-educational sector and are looking for our next Hostess. You will be the face of our institution, responsible for welcoming our students and closing enrollments with maximum energy. **Responsibilities:** * **Enrollment Management:** Advise prospective students on the benefits of our programs and effectively finalize their enrollment. * **Revenue Control:** Monitor cash flow, payments via digital wallets (Yape/Plin), and administrative recording of monthly fees. * **Public Relations:** Provide a high-level welcome to our current students, reinforcing a sense of community. * **Retention:** Coordinate monthly renewals to ensure member continuity and satisfaction. **Requirements:** * **Residence in San Juan de Lurigancho** (Mandatory due to proximity to the location). * Students pursuing service-oriented degrees: **Commercial Aviation, Hospitality, Tourism, Communications**, or related fields. * Prior experience in premium customer service, counter, or hosting roles (minimum 6 months). * An **extroverted** personality, strong problem-solving ability, and impeccable punctuality. **We Offer:** * **Fixed Compensation:** For a scheduled night shift (Tuesday to Friday, 7:15 PM to 10:45 PM). * **Ongoing Incentives:** Variable bonuses based on goal achievement. * **Performance Bonuses:** Group awards for meeting occupancy targets (dinners, success bonuses). * **Exclusive Environment:** Join a leading brand in the artistic and wellness sector in SJL.
