Ensure timely scheduling of Accounts Payable.**What will you do in your role?** * Execute daily payments to suppliers and confirming payments. * Execute and control the payment process for negotiable invoices. * Review Accounts Payable entries that did not enter the central payment system. * Notify and follow up with users from respective departments regarding pending supplier advances. * Report errors causing failure to schedule payments. * Identify process improvements. **What do we need from you?** * Professional degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, and/or Administration. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in this position. * Knowledge and experience in bank reconciliation, banking platform management, supplier payments, factoring, and coordination with banks. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel. * Intermediate-level proficiency in SAP or another ERP system. * Intermediate-level proficiency in English.
