Job Summary: We are seeking promoters/tasters for the traditional channel, responsible for driving sales, achieving daily/monthly targets, and managing customer inquiries/complaints. Pleasant work environment PROMOTER/TASTER We are looking for promoters for the traditional channel (markets and small grocery stores) who are familiar with producers in Santa Anita, preferably residing in neighboring districts. **Requirements:** Completed secondary education. Minimum 6 months of experience in the traditional channel as a promoter or sales promoter. Experience in direct interaction with customers. Availability to work from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, and Saturdays from 9 AM to 2 PM. Immediate availability. **Responsibilities:** Promote products at established points of sale. Introduce and promote product sales. Achieve daily and monthly sales targets. Track customer orders and verify order accuracy. Escalate inquiries, complaints, and returns to immediate supervisors and relevant departments. Support tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Benefits:** Monthly remuneration of S/1430 (S/1130 base + S/300 mobility allowance). Payments made at month-end via honorarium receipts.
