Job Summary: We are seeking a Dispatch Assistant to support cargo transportation and delivery, ensuring product custody and optimal condition. Key Highlights: 1. Custody and handling of products during transportation **JJ SAC TRANSPORT COMPANY**, engaged in light and heavy cargo transportation services locally, nationally, and interprovincially, as well as all types of vehicle-related services—including heavy machinery—seeks top talent to help us continue improving; currently, we are recruiting for the position of **DISPATCH ASSISTANT \- COMAS** **Requirements:** \- Completed secondary education. \- Minimum 1 year of experience as an operator or dispatch/delivery/distribution assistant, or in related roles. \- Availability to work on-site from Monday to Saturday **Responsibilities:** \- Inspect the optimal condition of assigned products in the vehicle and verify against invoices and/or waybills. \- Collaborate with the transport unit’s driver to perform deliveries at various locations. \- Organize orders in the transport vehicle, including loading, unloading, and receipt of goods, etc. \- Complete assigned daily dispatches. \- Assume responsibility for product custody during transportation, distribution, and customer delivery. \- Return rejected products to the warehouse department. \- Immediately report any client-related incidents or updates to the supervisor. \- Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
