At **CHECKIN GROUP**, we are looking for an **INSTALLATIONS SUPERVISOR** who will serve as our specialized field technical support, providing guidance, supervision, and solutions to our teams and clients across various projects in our portfolio. **WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?** **ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS** * **Electromechanical Engineer, duly graduated and licensed.** *(Mandatory)* **TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE** * Solid expertise in **electrical, plumbing, mechanical, HVAC, and DACI installations**. * Knowledge of **installation design and review**. * Familiarity with **construction work and installation supervision**. * Knowledge of **technical file design and review**. * Proficiency in **E.L.I.T.E. software**. * Knowledge and application of **current technical regulations**. * Ability to review, validate, and resolve technical issues related to multidisciplinary installations. **EXPERIENCE – MANDATORY** * Minimum **2 years of experience** in supervision and/or execution of installations in multidisciplinary construction projects. * Field experience and ability to identify and resolve technical issues during construction execution. **KEY SKILLS** * Technical leadership. * Analytical ability and capacity to resolve complex problems. * Effective communication. * Ability to transfer knowledge and provide **coaching and technical support** to supervisors and construction teams. * Organization, technical judgment, and results orientation. **AVAILABILITY – MANDATORY** * Availability to **travel and rotate regularly among our clients’ various projects**. * Availability to perform work primarily on-site. **WHAT DO WE OFFER?** * **Salary: S/ 3,500 \- S/ 4,000** *(subject to evaluation based on experience, CV, etc.)* * Employment regime: **REMYPE – Microenterprise**. * **15 days of vacation** per year. * Enrollment in the **SIS (Social Health Insurance)**. * Excellent working environment. * Opportunities for learning and professional development. * Active participation in company projects and processes. **EMPLOYMENT REGIME:** REMYPE – Microenterprise The microenterprise regime includes specific labor benefits, **excluding bonuses and CTS (Compensatory Time Savings)**. **WHY JOIN CHECKIN GROUP?** At **CHECKIN GROUP**, you won’t only solve technical problems from blueprints or documents.
