Job Summary: We are seeking a Pricing Analyst to design, analyze, and manage the pricing strategy for transportation services, maximizing profitability and competitiveness. Key Highlights: 1. Automate control dashboards with Power BI and Advanced Excel **JOB MISSION** We seek a passionate **Pricing Analyst** with strong interest in data, financial strategy, and logistics. You will be the core strategist responsible for designing, analyzing, and managing our national and international transportation and distribution service pricing strategy. **Your primary objective will be to maximize business profitability and ensure competitiveness in every tender through advanced costing models and scenario simulations.** **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** 1\. Tariff Management and Quotations * Prepare quotations and structure tariff schemes * Design the **Master Tariff** for customers and the carrier network. * Adjust tariffs based on market fluctuations, inflation, tolls, and fuel prices. 2\. Operational Costing and Modeling * Calculate the actual cost per trip, route, and vehicle type. * Develop costing models incorporating all operational variables: * Proactively identify margin leakage and opportunities for cost optimization. 3\. Business Intelligence and Tendering * Analyze and monitor **Gross Margin and Contribution Margin** * Develop financial scenario simulations to assess the viability of new projects. 4\. Data Automation and Analysis * Design and automate control dashboards in **Power BI and Advanced Excel** for monitoring pricing KPIs. * Optimize calculation methodologies and drive digital transformation in quotation processes. **CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS** **Academic Background:** * Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in **Industrial Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting**, or related fields. * *Preferred:* Specialization or diplomas in Supply Chain, Finance, BI, or Pricing. **Work Experience:** * **2–4 years** of experience in Pricing, Costing, Logistics Planning, or Commercial Analyst roles. * **Excel:** Advanced level (macros, complex financial models, large datasets). * **Power BI / Power Query:** Intermediate to Advanced level for dashboard creation. **Desirable Knowledge:** * SQL or Python proficiency for data analysis. * Power Automate for quotation workflow automation. **KEY COMPETENCIES** * **Strong Analytical and Numerical Reasoning:** Ability to translate complex data into profitable financial decisions. * **Results- and Metrics-Oriented Mindset:** Consistent focus on quotation accuracy and contribution margin. * **Attention to Detail:** Rigor in calculating operational variables to prevent deviations from budgeted costs. * **Effective Communication and Negotiation Skills:** Ability to justify economic proposals to Management, Sales, and Clients.
