SOFTWARE ARCHITECT (SA)

Description

Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to design, supervise, and provide technical leadership for the architecture of a Citizen Security Information System. Key Highlights: 1. Technical leadership in system architecture. 2. Ensures the integrity and quality of technical solutions. 3. Alignment with functional objectives and regulatory requirements. Specialized consulting service responsible for designing, supervising, and providing technical leadership for the technical architecture of the Citizen Security Information System, ensuring the technical integrity of the solution, its alignment with the functional objectives prioritized by the General Directorate of Citizen Security (DGSC), the quality of technical deliverables, and compliance with guidelines established by the General Office of Information and Communications Technologies (OGTIC) and the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB). Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields. − Licensed and authorized professional (certified with a simple copy of the current license). Minimum required courses: ● Microservices Architecture in Java 17, minimum 48 hours. ● Docker and Kubernetes, minimum 24 hours. ● Cloud Architecture (Azure or AWS or GCP). Desired courses and/or certifications: ● TOGAF Architecture ● Web Servers (NGINX), minimum 24 hours. ● Requirements Engineering or UML-based (or similar) Requirements Engineering, minimum 24 hours. Minimum general work experience of eight (08\) years in public and/or private entities participating in information technology projects. − Minimum specific work experience of five (05\) years, serving in roles such as Software Architect, Systems Architect, Technical Leader, Programmer Analyst, Systems Programmer, or related positions involving software development project management. Salary: S/.13,000\.00 \- S/.14,000\.00 per month.
