Position Summary:
We are seeking a Media Audit Assistant to audit media buying, review and reconcile information, and manage coordination with media outlets and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct media buying audits.
2. Manage coordination with media outlets and clients.
3. Register invoices in the Advertmind system.

Media Audit Assistant
Responsibilities
* Audit media buying (spend) executed by the planning teams of group companies
\- Review and reconcile related purchasing information in the procurement system
\- Review and reconcile related purchasing information against documents issued by media outlets (invoices, statements of account, etc.)
\- Review and reconcile related purchasing information approved by clients
\- Review and reconcile related purchasing information contained in planning team reports
* Generate and issue purchasing (spend) reports to be sent to clients
* Manage and coordinate with media outlets regarding invoice issuance for purchases (spend)
* Register invoices issued by media outlets in the Advertmind system
* Manage and coordinate with clients to ensure timely issuance of their purchase orders and internal documents required for issuing their invoices for purchases (spend)
* Manage and coordinate with OMG’s billing department for invoice issuance related to purchases (spend)
Requirements
* Graduate in Accounting, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
* Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in this role and functions, preferably within service-oriented companies
* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, advanced Excel skills, and experience using administrative/financial systems or ERP software
* Strong communication skills, teamwork orientation, proactivity, and empathy
Working Conditions
* Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM
* Work location: Miraflores, Lima
