We seek to incorporate a Logistics Coordinator into our team to lead supply chain processes, institutional events, and inventory control. **Job Mission** Plan, coordinate, and supervise the cooperative's logistics processes, ensuring timely material supply, proper execution of events, and orderly inventory management, while leading assigned personnel to guarantee efficiency, quality, and adherence to deadlines. **Main Responsibilities** Plan and supervise logistics activities to ensure proper execution. Manage procurement, quotations, and supplier negotiations, ensuring availability and cost control. Coordinate logistics for institutional events (venues, transportation, materials, technical and operational support). Administer inventory and stock control, maintaining updated records and periodic reports. Monitor suppliers, supervise deliveries, and ensure compliance with service standards and timelines. Other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor **Requirements** Bachelor’s degree or graduate in Administration, Logistics, or related fields. Minimum 1 year of general experience in logistics or administration, with specific experience as an assistant in this area. Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills (inventory and cost control); intermediate Word and PowerPoint skills.
