We are looking for a responsible, organized Nursing Technician with patient care experience to perform supervision, coordination, and continuous improvement tasks across our dermatology clinics. **REQUIREMENTS** * Certified Nursing Technician. * Experience in patient care. * Experience supervising, coordinating, or guiding staff. * Knowledge of patient care protocols and biosafety standards. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office at the user level. * Ability to organize roles, reports, and performance indicators. * Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills. * Willingness to travel between clinic locations. * Full-time availability. * Prior experience in clinics, medical centers, aesthetic centers, or dermatology clinics is preferred. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Supervise, coordinate, and organize on-site staff activities. * Verify compliance with internal protocols and patient care standards. * Train and guide nursing technicians on internal procedures and care protocols. * Supervise patient scheduling, confirmation, and follow-up performed by on-site staff. * Evaluate team performance and identify opportunities for improvement. * Resolve operational issues to ensure smooth service delivery. * Prepare, organize, and manage staff shift schedules. * Prepare service reports and performance indicators for monitoring and continuous improvement. * Manage supplies, materials, and equipment required for patient care. * Monitor inventory levels and request timely replenishments. * Ensure proper use and maintenance of basic care materials, supplies, and equipment. * Identify staff training needs. * Coordinate training, reinforcement, and updating activities. * Provide orientation and onboarding support for new staff members. * Collaborate with administration to implement necessary improvements at each clinic. **WE OFFER** * Ongoing training. * Opportunities for learning and growth. * Membership in an expanding network of clinics. **Interested candidates should submit their CV** Workplace: On-site employment
