Job Summary: We are seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead and supervise daily field operations, ensuring safety and efficiency in mining activities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead and supervise daily mining operations. 2. Ensure safety and efficiency in high-risk work. 3. Coordinate with various departments to ensure operational continuity. **OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Licensed and registered professional engineer in **Mechanical Engineering**. * Minimum 5 years of experience in high-risk mining operations. * Experience leading operations and supervising operational staff. * Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) audits. * Familiarity with mining legislation, occupational safety, and environmental regulations. * Proficiency in operational documentation: IPERC, ATS, PETAR, etc. * Valid Class A1 driver's license. * Willingness to work at 4,500 m above sea level under atypical work arrangements. * Preference for candidates residing in Lima or Huaraz. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Lead and supervise daily field operations, ensuring tasks are carried out safely and efficiently. * Implement and monitor the work plan, submitting daily progress and results reports. * Coordinate with Planning, HSE, Fleet, and other departments to secure resources, ensure safety, and maintain operational continuity. * Validate operational and safety documentation, including IPERC, ATS, PETAR, and required permits. * Supervise assigned personnel, evaluating performance and promoting training initiatives. * Guarantee safe working conditions and safeguard personnel integrity throughout the workday. * Coordinate vacations, leave requests, and medical absences with HR and Administration. * Promote order, cleanliness, operational discipline, and continuous improvement within the area. **BENEFITS:** * Work schedule: Atypical 20-day-on / 10-day-off mining shift pattern. * Competitive market-based salary. * Formal employment registration with statutory benefits. * Work location: Huaraz – Antamina. * During mine-site days: Full coverage of accommodation, transportation, and meals. **Note: Please send your CV to the following email: delicia.vargas@ecoseam.com.pe**/ **944 755 750** Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.5,000\.00 \- S/.7,000\.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
