Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and proactive Community Manager to comprehensively manage social media, create content, and support marketing strategies for a swimwear brand. Key Highlights: 1. Creation and editing of content for advertising campaigns. 2. Social media management and campaign data analysis. 3. Proficiency in design tools and digital platforms. We are a swimwear and aquatic sports accessories brand with over 10 years in the market, and we are currently seeking new personnel for the position of Community Manager. Requirements: * Age between 20 and 29 years. * Graduate in Communication Sciences, Audiovisual Production, Advertising, or related fields. * Creative, responsible, proactive, productive, and efficient individual. * Knowledge of content creation, video editing, photo shoots, and video recording. * Prior knowledge and experience in similar positions. * Knowledge of photography. * Agile in producing and posting trending content. * Familiarity with, understanding of, and ability to execute the latest Reels and TikTok trends. * Knowledge of digital platforms. * Proficiency in design tools (intermediate\-advanced level): Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, CapCut, etc... (Mandatory) * Proficiency in Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok platforms. Responsibilities and Activities: * Development of content plans. * Content creation. * Support in developing marketing and advertising strategies. * Video recording in studio and on-location for advertising campaigns. * Photo shoot sessions in studio and on-location for advertising campaigns. * Uploading content to social media. * Monitoring and analyzing campaign data across social media. * Conducting market research to inform content creation based on such data. * Managing and engaging with social media accounts and community. * Measuring social media positioning results to implement content strategies.
