Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to supervise and control construction processes and finishing works in multi-family buildings, applying Lean Construction philosophy and BIM management. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in multi-family buildings over 15 stories. 2. Knowledge of Lean Construction and BIM Management. 3. Supervision and control of finishing works and construction processes. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum 5 years’ experience constructing multi-family residential buildings over 15 stories, covering both structural shell and finishing stages. * Knowledge of Lean Construction philosophy and BIM Management. * Immediate availability. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Prepare weekly and daily work schedules, sizing resources based on optimal productivity, applying Lean Construction principles. * Supervise finishing works, construction processes, and material specifications. * Prepare daily IP reports for work packages executed by the contractor and subcontractors. * Direct and control finishing works within the technical specifications for design, materials, and timelines approved in drawings and descriptive memorandum. * Supervise execution in accordance with the occupational safety program, processes, and installations—from commencement of finishing works until project handover per the project plan. * Implement the contingency plan arising during the finishing process until project completion. * Control the finishing construction process, perform acceptance of works, and deliver apartments to supervision and/or client. * Develop technical specifications or reports required by the Resident Engineer for project execution or contingency resolution. **BENEFITS:** * Formal employment with full statutory benefits. * Pleasant working environment. * Competitive market-based salary.
