Positive work environment A scientific and technological company specializing in the commercialization of laboratory equipment and instruments is seeking a Commercial Technical Advisor to strengthen customer service and market development in Peru. **Work Mode:** On-site **Location:** Lima, Peru **Schedule:** Full-time Main Responsibilities: * Perform diagnostics, preventive and corrective maintenance on laboratory equipment. * Install and commission laboratory equipment. * Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers. * Prepare technical service reports. * Train customers on proper equipment usage. * Coordinate warranty services and post-sales follow-up. * Verify proper equipment functionality prior to delivery. Requirements: * Technician or graduate in electronics, mechatronics, biomedical engineering, instrumentation, or related fields. * Experience in maintenance or repair of laboratory equipment (preferred). * Basic knowledge of electricity and electronics. * Basic proficiency with technical tools and software. * Strong communication skills and customer service orientation. * Responsibility, punctuality, and ability to work effectively in a team.
