We are currently looking for **Collections Advisors** to join our team. **Requirements:** * Minimum 6 months of experience in collections via call center or collection services. * Availability to work on-site in Miraflores. * Availability to manage a customer portfolio from Uruguay. **Employment Conditions:** * Fixed salary\+ insurable bonus \+ attractive commissions \+ mobility bonus \+ performance bonuses * Formal payroll registration from day one. * Paid training. * Excellent workplace climate * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (no work on Saturdays), plus only 1 Saturday per month from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. * Workplace: **Miraflores, one block from Av. Larco.** **Responsibilities:** * Manage a customer portfolio to recover overdue debt. * Conduct telephone collections with customers in Uruguay. * Negotiate payment agreements and alternatives. * Follow up on payment commitments. * Record all activities in the system. * Meet established KPIs and objectives.
