Flexible working hours At **Montelle**, a new brand focused on dress shirts and crew-neck T-shirts, we are looking for a committed and responsible sewing operator who wishes to join a growing project in a dynamic and collaborative work environment. \- REQUIREMENTS * Essential machine proficiency: * Straight-stitch machine * Overlock machine * Coverstitch machine * Experience in T-shirt manufacturing (experience in dress shirts or similar garments is preferred). * Knowledge of complete garment assembly. * Attention to detail and focus on high-quality finishing. * Responsibility and punctuality in meeting delivery deadlines. * Ability to work in an organized and autonomous manner. \- RESPONSIBILITIES * Sewing of dress shirts and crew-neck T-shirts. * Complete garment assembly or operation-based work according to schedule. * Quality verification at each stage of the process. * Direct coordination with the team for adjustments or improvements to samples. \- WORK MODALITY * Flexible schedule (fulfillment of 23 weekly hours). * Prior coordination of days and hours. * Work location: **Bellavista – Callao**. * Payment via **service invoice**. * Compensation commensurate with evaluation and experience. \- WE OFFER * Flexible working hours. * Positive work environment. * Growth opportunity alongside an emerging brand. * Potential for continued employment based on performance.
