




Job Summary: We are seeking a cook for food production, preparation, griddle/grill cooking, efficient order dispatch, and quality control, ensuring hygiene and standardization. Production and Mise en Place: Perform cutting, portioning, and preparation of ingredients (meats, vegetables, sauces, etc.) before and during service to ensure rapid order dispatch. Frying Expertise: Operate industrial fryers while maintaining precise temperature and cooking time control to achieve crispy, non-greasy products. Responsible and safe handling of oil (filtering and replacement). Griddle/Grill Cooking: Prepare hamburgers, meat cuts, sandwiches, or snacks according to the establishment’s standardized recipes. Efficient Order Dispatch: Coordinate with the dining room team to ensure timely dish delivery, maintaining workflow even during peak demand periods (service peaks). Quality Control and Standardization: Ensure every served dish maintains consistent flavor, temperature, and presentation by strictly adhering to house recipes. Hygiene and Food Safety: Maintain an immaculate workstation throughout the shift. Comply with safety and hygiene standards (food handling, deep cleaning of equipment at closing). Inventory Control: Conduct basic stock control within your area (report shortages, verify expiration dates, and rotate products \- FIFO system: First In, First Out).
