We foster continuous learning and professional growth, providing you with the necessary tools to take on new challenges and establish yourself as a specialist in multimodal logistics. **Responsibilities** * Review and validate bookings, documentation, and operational conditions for FCL cargo prior to shipment. * Manage and track container release, pickup, and stuffing at origin, ensuring adherence to agreed-upon dates and conditions. * Coordinate with overseas agents for shipment execution, validating itineraries, transshipments, space allocation, free time, and service conditions. * Generate and send Shipping Instructions (SI) to the overseas agent, verifying beforehand that all information recorded in the system is accurate. * Validate correct issuance of shipping documents and pre-alerts, ensuring consistency among documentation, costs, and commercial terms. * Address and track claims related to delays, damages, cargo discrepancies, or operational incidents, coordinating resolution with relevant departments. * Verify costs, overcharges, and commercial terms according to Incoterms and internal guidelines, flagging deviations impacting profitability. * Timely inform clients and involved departments about itinerary changes, delays, rollovers, or operational contingencies. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree or higher in International Business Administration and/or Foreign Trade. * Minimum of 2 years’ experience as Customer Service in an NVOCC or Freight Forwarder. * Intermediate English proficiency. * Solid knowledge of foreign trade documentation. * Intermediate Excel skills. **Competencies**: * Highly committed professional. * Resilience and active self-control. * Analytical ability. * Proactivity and ability to manage critical situations.
