We seek qualified professionals who share our commitment to technical excellence and regulatory compliance. **Job Objective** Lead, plan, supervise, and execute mechanical-electrical installation and fire protection system projects, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations (INDECI, CNE, RNE, NFPA) and upholding the company’s quality and safety standards. **Main Responsibilities** * **Project Management and Development:** Design, review, and validate drawings, descriptive reports, and technical specifications for electrical, mechanical, and fire protection systems. * **Field Supervision:** Coordinate and supervise on-site electrical installation work, switchboards, wiring, detection, alarms, and fire water networks (including construction and equipping of fire water tanks). * **Permit and Inspection Management:** Prepare technical files and address observations to obtain INDECI/ITSE safety certificates. * **Progress and Cost Control:** Monitor schedules, quantity take-offs, progress valuations, and material requirements to optimize project resources. * **Interdisciplinary Coordination:** Maintain consistent communication with clients, suppliers, and the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) department. **Candidate Requirements** **Academic Qualifications:** * **Mechanical-Electrical Engineer**, **Electrical Engineer**, or **Mechanical Engineer**. **Experience:** * Minimum of 3–5 years of verifiable experience in supervising and/or executing electrical installations and fire protection systems. **Required Technical Knowledge:** * Proficiency in the National Electrical Code (CNE), National Building Regulations (RNE), and applicable NFPA standards. * Proficiency in specialized software: AutoCAD, MS Project, Advanced Excel, and budgeting tools (e.g., S10 or similar). * Knowledge of operational testing for fire water pumps, control panels, and alarm systems. **Competencies and Attributes:** * Leadership and on-site personnel management. * Analytical ability and capacity to resolve complex problems. * Assertive communication, attention to detail, and goal-oriented mindset. **Benefits (Under MYPE Regime)** As a company committed to legal compliance, we offer: * **Compensation:** PEN 3,000.00 to PEN 3,500.00. * **Vacation Leave:** 15 calendar days per year of service. * **Health Insurance:** Enrollment in EsSalud (Small Enterprise Regime). * **Rest Days:** Strict adherence to weekly rest days and public holidays as stipulated by Legislative Decree No. 713.
