Requirements * Minimum of **1 year** of experience in kitchens, cafeterias, restaurants, or similar establishments. * Technical studies in Gastronomy (in progress or incomplete) are desirable. * Experience preparing traditional Peruvian cuisine. * Speed, organization, and ability to work during high-demand hours. * Availability to work in **Independencia**. * Availability to work from **3:00 p.m. to 11:15 p.m.** Responsibilities * Prepare dishes from our menu according to established quality standards. * Follow recipes and kitchen department procedures. * Verify the quality and freshness of ingredients before preparation. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and hygiene in the work area. * Assist with receiving, storing, and organizing ingredients. * Support other tasks assigned by the kitchen supervisor.
