Job Summary: We are looking for a host/hostess to provide friendly service, take orders, and maintain order in the service area, ensuring a smooth experience for customers. Key Highlights: 1. Friendly and efficient customer service 2. Order handling and registration in the POS system 3. Teamwork and customer orientation RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide friendly and efficient service to customers during their visit. Take orders and deliver food and beverages promptly and with proper presentation. Register transactions in the POS system and coordinate with the cashier for accurate billing. Keep the service area and assigned tables clean and organized. Verify correct order registration and coordinate with the kitchen and bar for seamless service. Comply with hygiene, safety, and personal appearance standards. REQUIREMENTS: Completed secondary education. Minimum 6 months of experience in similar roles (restaurants, clubs, or events). Proficiency in POS systems. Good appearance and courteous demeanor. Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure. Responsibility, dynamism, and customer orientation. Availability to work Monday through Sunday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (with one day off per week).
