**Date:** Nov 4, 2025 **Location:** CALLAO, Peru **Company:** Alicorp S.A.A. **What will be your challenge?** Execute area activities with the purpose of ensuring product quality control. Likewise, promote efficiency and technical innovation initiatives within the area. **What will you do in your role?** Ensure compliance with Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental standards according to the company's management system. Execute activities related to compliance with Quality standards according to the company's management system. Investigate and analyze customer and consumer complaints, inter-factory complaints, and supplier complaints, identifying root causes and proposing process improvements. Conduct quality inspections (AIB/BPM) and 5S audits at plants, suppliers, warehouses, and other sites. Perform GMP inspections, Quality Plans, and traceability exercises in laboratories and assigned plants. Execute the recording in SAP system for release of raw materials, packaging materials, work-in-process, and finished products at assigned plants according to quality plans. Conduct training and development for personnel under supervision. Verify compliance with the Metrological Control program. **What do we need from you?** 2 years of experience in similar roles within the same position in mass consumption, food & beverage, chemical plants, or other related industries. Desirable to have managed teams of approximately 3 technicians (operators). Bachelor's degree or graduate of Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, or related fields. Additional studies or knowledge in Good Manufacturing and Laboratory Practices. Desirable: Experience using statistical tables. English proficiency, intermediate level desirable. Experience with SAP Quality module. Intermediate level of MS Office.
