We are seeking a technical-operational Electrical Engineer with field experience to diagnose, execute, and supervise critical electrical infrastructure, UPS, and battery bank projects.

At **Mafort Service S.A.C.**, we are looking for an **Electrical Engineer** with a predominantly technical-operational and managerial profile. The role requires the ability to participate directly in the field, diagnose complex problems, and coordinate technical teams and suppliers on critical electrical infrastructure, UPS, and battery bank projects.
We do not seek exclusively a design or administrative professional; we need an engineer capable of transitioning from engineering to execution under the premise: **Analyze → Diagnose → Plan → Execute → Supervise → Document**.
Main Responsibilities
* Supervise and execute electrical installation and UPS system (single-phase and three-phase) projects.
* Conduct technical site surveys and prepare detailed reports.
* Review electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, technical specifications, and technical memoranda.
* Coordinate installations, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of UPS systems and battery banks.
* Supervise work performed by electricians, contractors, and specialized personnel.
* Perform and supervise electrical tests, transfer tests, bypass tests, autonomy tests, and operational tests.
* Conduct advanced diagnostics of failures in electrical systems and UPS.
* Develop work procedures, test protocols, technical dossiers, and project close-out documentation.
* Participate in technical meetings with clients, manufacturers (e.g., Vertiv), and contractors.
Essential Requirements
* **Education:** Bachelor's degree and licensed member of the College of Engineers in Electrical Engineering or Electromechanical Engineering (professional license as required by the project).
* **Experience:** Minimum 5 years of general experience in electrical installations, electrical maintenance, UPS, or critical infrastructure, with **solid and verifiable field experience**.
* **Critical Systems:** Experience in data centers, electrical rooms, data centers, banking sector, clinics, mining, or industrial facilities is desirable.
* **Strong Technical Knowledge:**
* Single-phase and three-phase UPS systems (10 kVA to 600 kVA or higher), bypass and transfer systems.
* Battery banks (IEEE 1188 standard for VRLA battery maintenance and evaluation).
* Electrical panels, distribution systems, grounding, and protection.
* Reading and interpretation of electrical drawings and single-line diagrams.
* **Regulations:** Familiarity with IEC, IEEE, and NFPA standards.
Tools and Software
* **AutoCAD:** Minimum intermediate level.
* **Microsoft Office:** Intermediate Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* **Planning:** MS Project or other project management tools (desirable).
* Proficiency in using electrical measurement instruments.

Schedule and Benefits
* **MYPE Payroll:** All legally mandated benefits.
* **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
* **Availability:** For technical visits, on-site supervision, provincial travel, and scheduled work as required by the nature of the project.
Salary: S/.4,500.00 – S/.5,000.00 per month
