**Functions:** * Monitor cameras and security systems to detect risks or incidents. * Attend and respond to CCTV alerts, alarms, and communications. * Record and report incidents to the Security Manager. * Maintain constant communication with security personnel and support teams. * Operate monitoring equipment according to established protocols. **Requirements:** * Minimum of 1 year of experience in the position of "CCTV Controller". * Basic to intermediate level computer skills. * Availability to work 12-hour shifts. * Availability to work rotating shifts in the Callao area. * Full and immediate availability. **Benefits:** * Formal employment with statutory benefits from the first day. * Profit sharing (utilities).
