The selected individual will provide support in document management, personnel control, and operational coordination. **Main Responsibilities** * Assist in recruitment and selection of personnel. * Prepare and file contracts, employee records, and internal documentation. * Record attendance, monitor schedules, and generate personnel reports. * Coordinate with operational and administrative supervisors. * Assist in payment processing, renewals, and internal communication. * Perform other duties assigned by the HR department. **Requirements** * Technical or university studies in Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. * Minimum of 6 months of experience (desirable, not essential). * Basic knowledge of Excel and office tools. * Good communication skills, organizational ability, and capacity to work under pressure.
