Position Summary: We are seeking an Operational Support Assistant, Document Control and Logistics to assist with administrative, logistics, and field tasks. Key Responsibilities: 1. Document entry and documentary tracking support 2. Coordination of cargo dispatch and receipt 3. Custodial duties for concentrated mineral shipments An industrial company is looking for an OPERATIONAL SUPPORT ASSISTANT, DOCUMENT CONTROL AND LOGISTICS for its office in Lima. Requirements: * Completed secondary education or incomplete technical studies. * Minimum 6 months of experience in administrative, logistics, warehouse, or operational support roles. * Basic Microsoft Office proficiency. * Availability for travel and fieldwork. * Availability to accompany cargo and transfers. * Good physical condition for operational support and handling of light loads. Responsibilities: * Receive, organize, classify, and archive physical and digital documentation. * Assist with document entry, recordkeeping, and documentary tracking. * Collect and send parcels, packages, and documentation. * Coordinate and support cargo and material dispatch and receipt. * Perform custodial duties for concentrated mineral shipments when required by the company. * Accompany and supervise the transportation of concentrate from Chimbote to Callao.
