Job Summary: MDH is seeking logistics talent to plan, analyze consumption, control inventories, and coordinate requirements at our headquarters. Key Highlights: 1. Strategic coordination with Operations, Warehouse, and Procurement MDH, a leading company with over 60 years of experience in diamond drilling, is searching for top talent to join our Logistics Department at our Headquarters. Location: Campoy - San Juan de Lurigancho (On-site) Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Main Responsibilities: Develop logistical planning for materials, spare parts, consumables, and services for headquarters and projects. Analyze historical consumption, inventory turnover, and behavior to prevent stockouts. Monitor minimum, maximum, and reorder stock levels. Coordinate with Operations, Warehouse, Procurement, and Projects on scheduling and prioritization of requirements. Track purchase orders, shipments, and on-time-in-full (OTIF) delivery performance, alerting potential deviations. Monitor and report on key departmental indicators (KPIs for procurement, inventory, and response times). Maintain up-to-date information in the company's logistics ERP system. Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree or graduate in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields. Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in logistics planning, procurement, or inventory control, preferably in mining, diamond drilling, or industrial sectors. Knowledge: Logistics planning, supply chain management, and inventory control. Knowledge of drilling components/spare parts is desirable. Tools: Intermediate or Advanced MS Excel. Experience with logistics ERP systems (preferably Exactus or similar) is desirable.
