Experience in managing large personnel contingents We seek an Operations Coordinator with experience managing large personnel contingents, responsible for ensuring efficient service delivery, leading supervision teams, guaranteeing operational coverage, and maintaining customer satisfaction in high-demand contracts. Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Environmental Engineering, with active professional registration and licensing. Courses in operations management, logistics, or personnel management. Key Technical Knowledge: Mass personnel management: Shift scheduling (rotating shifts, standby staff, etc.), attendance and coverage control, absenteeism management. Operational control: KPIs: coverage, productivity, incidents, operational reporting, staffing level vs. contractual requirements. Service operation: Cleaning/sanitation protocols, use of supplies and equipment, quality standards. Occupational Safety and Health. Knowledge of Peruvian health regulations related to DIGESA, DIRIS, and other relevant authorities. Experience: 3 to 5 years in operations. Minimum 2 years managing large personnel contingents (200+ people). Key experience in: Cleaning, security, facilities, or outsourcing companies; management of multiple sites or shifts; servicing demanding corporate clients; must be capable of working under a hierarchical command structure. Skills: Operational control: Extreme orderliness, constant follow-up, ability to quickly detect failures. Indirect leadership: Influence without direct contact with all team members, management of middle-level supervisors. Crisis management: Mass absences and job abandonment, customer complaints, issues in critical shifts. Communication: Clear, direct, unambiguous; ability to apply pressure when required. Analytical and problem-solving capability.
