




On behalf of our client, an engineering consulting firm, we are seeking a Payroll Assistant with the following profile: Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree or graduate in Accounting. * Minimum 2 years of experience. * Knowledge of International Accounting Standards. * Knowledge of management systems. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Advanced-level English proficiency (desirable). Responsibilities: * Calculate, process, and record employee social benefits and payments to entities such as AFP, ESSALUD, and SUNAT. * Monitor working hours, vacations, payroll slips, and generate CTS certificates. * Support the preparation of the monthly payroll. * Prepare reports, statements, and similar documents related to accounting and/or administrative activities as required. * Comply with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). * Comply with the organization’s Integrated Management System policy and guidelines.
