A company specializing in remodeling and civil works is seeking a Civil Engineer with experience in project quotation, remodeling, and civil works for the industrial and retail sectors. **JOB REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree or licensed Civil Engineer. * Minimum 6 years of experience as site manager or supervisor for civil works and remodeling projects. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. * Experience with procedures, protocols, and quality documentation. * Proficiency in engineering software such as Microsoft Project and/or Primavera, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D (intermediate level). * Supervision of subcontractors. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Attend invitation-to-bid meetings for projects or services. * Prepare quotations. * Supervise on-site activities when necessary. * Monitor progress and adherence to schedule. * Prepare progress billings. * Monthly remuneration: **S/ 3,000.00 to S/ 3,800.00** Working hours: **48 hours per week, Monday to Saturday** Labor regime: **MYPE (Micro and Small Enterprise)** Work location: **Rímac District** Position type: Full-time Work modality: On-site employment Position type: Full-time Salary: S/.3,000.00 – S/.3,800.00 per month Work modality: On-site employment
