Positive work environment Restaurant.pe, a software company providing restaurant management solutions, is currently seeking Field Commercial Advisors to join our commercial team. We are looking for individuals with a proactive attitude, results orientation, strong communication skills, and field sales experience—capable of visiting restaurants and foodservice businesses to present our system, identify customer needs, and close sales. Main Responsibilities: - Prospect new clients in the field. - Conduct in-person visits to restaurants, cafés, bars, and other foodservice businesses. - Present the system clearly, persuasively, and tailored to customer needs. - Identify sales opportunities and follow up with prospects. - Manage sales closure. - Record all commercial activities. - Report daily commercial progress or as directed by the commercial team. Requirements: - Prior experience in field sales, prospecting, or commercial visits. - Experience selling intangible products, systems, digital services, or technological solutions. - Preferred experience with companies such as Izipay, Culqi, Niubiz, Openpay, or similar. - Preferred knowledge of billing systems, ERP, point-of-sale (POS), or control systems. - Strong communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills. - Basic proficiency with digital tools. - Availability for field work. - Goal- and results-oriented mindset.
