




DESCRIPTION A leading company in the sector is seeking an IT Project Manager (IT PM). Position Objectives: * Ensure the successful planning, execution, and closure of corporate technology projects aligned with the organization’s strategic goals, guaranteeing adherence to scope, schedule, budget, and quality, as well as effective risk management and stakeholder communication. **Key Responsibilities:** 1\. Define and Plan Projects * Develop scope, objectives, deliverables, and schedules. * Estimate resources, costs, and budget. * Select the appropriate methodology (agile, traditional, hybrid). 2\. Coordinate Teams and Resources * Assign tasks and responsibilities. * Manage availability of internal and external resources. * Foster collaboration across departments and with vendors. 3\. Manage Risks and Changes * Identify potential risks and define mitigation plans. * Control changes to scope, schedule, and cost through formal processes. 4\. Monitor and Control Progress * Track schedule, budget, and quality. * Use KPIs and project management tools to report progress. * Detect deviations and implement corrective actions. 5\. Communication and Stakeholder Management * Keep stakeholders informed about progress, risks, and decisions. * Prepare executive reports and presentations for senior management. * Manage expectations and resolve conflicts. 6\. Project Closure and Evaluation * Validate deliverables and ensure achievement of objectives. * Document lessons learned and produce final reports. * Transfer knowledge to operational teams. REQUIREMENTS Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree or higher in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. * 3–5 years of professional experience in IT or in roles involving management of relationships with internal or external clients. **Experience in:** * IT project management (system implementation, software development, infrastructure). * Application of project management methodologies (PMI, Scrum, Kanban). * Coordination of multidisciplinary teams and vendors. * Preparation and control of budgets, schedules, and executive reports. Desirable Experience * Participation in digital transformation projects or ERP implementation. * Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Trello. * Certifications: PMP, Scrum Master, ITIL. * Knowledge of risk management, quality control, and continuous improvement. * Experience in process automation and agile-focused projects. * Preferred: Project management certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional). * Preferred: Certifications in process management and/or BPMN methodologies. * Preferred: Training in agile methodologies (Scrum Master, Agile Coach).
