Organize and supervise activities of subordinate staff, evaluate their performance, and propose improvement actions for the execution of their duties, in accordance with company policies, regulations, and procedures. Request necessary resources for effective departmental operation within the approved budget limits, supervising their rational use. Evaluate adherence to deadlines, achievement of objectives, improvement of management indicators, and other aspects associated with assigned projects and responsibilities. Develop and participate in implementing the Operational Plan and the Company’s Annual Procurement Plan. Develop, direct, supervise, and approve market research studies to determine the reference value or estimated value of selection procedures, as applicable. Develop, verify, and approve draft contracts established by the Company with suppliers of goods, services, and construction works. Monitor implementation of the Company’s Annual Procurement Plan. Ensure proper acquisition of goods, services, and construction works according to the approved procurement file. Evaluate, propose, and implement recommendations issued by oversight bodies.
