What you will do: * Manage and administer supplier settlements. * Coordinate with Engineering and Operations departments to validate quantities, costs, and executed scopes. * Ensure compliance with settlement processes and procedures, and propose improvements when identified. * Standardize settlement procedures, templates, and reports. * Review documentation specific to the activities under review (certificates, evidence, blueprints). * Coordinate the entry of progress updates into internal systems (ERP, Power BI, or others). * Maintain ongoing communication with contractors.
