In Peru, we operate across most economic sectors—including mining, agriculture, and fishing—forming part of the value chain for their products and services. **Job Description** * Coordinate with support departments to execute environmental projects. * Supervise field personnel to ensure adherence to operational procedures and safety protocols. * Review consistency of results obtained by field personnel and implement quality control measures. * Responsible for tracking technical training of field personnel under supervision. * Monitor adherence to project budgets (review of expense reports) and identify cost-saving opportunities. * Participate in audits in coordination with the Quality Department. * Enable field personnel on client-specified platforms, fulfilling all client-mandated requirements. * Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including clients and suppliers. * Conduct periodic performance evaluations of field personnel and provide feedback aimed at continuous improvement. * Promptly report field personnel incidents or accidents to relevant departments. **Requirements** * Environmental Technician or Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemistry, or related fields. * Minimum 4 years of experience in environmental monitoring services. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025 standard. * Strong communication skills and people management ability. * Driver’s license (desirable). **Additional Information** * Life Insurance (Mandatory Law). * Ongoing training programs. * Corporate agreements.
