DESCRIPTION A leading company in the retail sector is looking for a professional to fill the position of Audit Manager with the following responsibilities: * Develop and update the Annual Audit Plan in alignment with corporate objectives and current regulations in Peru, Bolivia, and Ecuador. * Establish policies and methodologies tailored to the specific characteristics of each country. * Lead operational, financial, inventory, compliance, and forensic audits, incorporating data analysis. * Conduct forensic audits and special investigations as required. * Identify and assess high-impact regulatory, economic, and cultural risks. * Verify compliance with indicators, procedures, and TACs defined by BSO. * Manage and follow up on compliance programs. * Present audit findings and coordinate action plans with internal teams and external auditors. * Review the implementation of corrective measures and promote the adoption of best practices. * Drive technical and leadership development within audit teams. * Assume other responsibilities assigned by the General and Financial Management. REQUIREMENTS * Degree in Auditing, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields. * Specialization or diploma in Internal Auditing. * Desired certifications: CIA, CISA, Forensic Auditing, or related. * Advanced proficiency in Power BI, ACL, and IDEA. * Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office. * Advanced knowledge of management indicators and performance results. * Advanced knowledge of labor legislation. * Advanced knowledge of IFRS and USO. * More than 10 years of experience in Internal Auditing. * Advanced English proficiency.
